Oh, lovely butterfly capture! You sound like you're in the midst of lots of creativity. What fun! I also love yoga and try to get to class 3 times a week. It keeps me sane! Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving your kind comments.

Hi Gina! yes, may is proving to be a burst of creative energy. Which is so nice. Yoga keeps me sane too and 3 days is my ideal but sadly don't always get to it. This 10 min a day challenge is a good way to remind me to stop and breathe.

I love yoga very very much...but I started working from home 6 months ago and I am enjoying it so much I find I am doing it from the time I get up til the time I go to bed....what makes the situation worse is my husband and I both work from home so we are together and that is cool...but MY peace of mind from yoga and exercise is long gone...I need to find my way back!

working from home can be tricky esp at first. I know my first year or so I felt like I worked around the clock. I now set times for work and try to stick with that. It has made me much more sane. I usually do yoga at a class so trying to keep up with it on my own is proving tough!
